There are less than 8 grading days left in this quarter. Monday, October 14th there is no school. 2nd quarter starts Tuesday, October 15th. Our next ELAC parent meeting is Thursday, October 3rd at 9 am room 1. Our next SSC parent meeting is Thursday October 3rd at 9:30 am room 1. These are voting meetings for leadership. Dear Vista Staff, Students, Parents, and Community Members,

I am very excited and eager to start the 2019/2020 school year. Vista High School is committed to give every student the best education and support in order for them to reach their full potential. Vista is working closely with both Lynwood Adult School, El Camino College, and other local colleges to make the transition towards college and career pathways accessible for all students. We have a great support staff that helps with testing, counseling, financial aid, and college applications throughout the school year.

I look forward to working with parents, guardians, and community members to ensure all students are successful academically, socially, and with their career development. Parents and community are an integral part of our school's success. Let's continue to work together to make Vista a special place for all students.
